FAQ & SHOP POLICY

Where are your products made?  

Each and every piece is hand cut and sewn with love in Wisconsin.  We take pride in making quality garments that last.

What fabric do you use?

I am proud to meet CPSC safety regulations for children’s clothing. Most items are made with a 95/5 Cotton Lycra.

How should I care for my custom clothing items?    

Due to the type of fabrics we use, you can rest assured your garment will wash and wear beautifully. For all garments, we recommend machine wash cold/tumble dry low (or hand wash and line dry)

What is your shipping policy?   

DOMESTIC USA SHIPPING 

Domestic USA Shipping

In stock items are shipped within 1-4 days of purchase excluding holidays or weekends.  Small orders ship via USPS First Class and multiple item orders typically ship via USPS Priority Mail depending on weight. Your cart will automatically update shipping costs as you proceed through checkout.  For special shipping requests, please contact me.  

**We want to keep your shipping cost as low as possible. INSURANCE is OPTIONAL on First Class packages at an additional cost. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Unfortunately, packages CAN go missing, so please take that into consideration. If you'd like to add insurance, please contact us through the contact form and we will adjust the cost for you!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do ship to Canada. Your cart will automatically update shipping costs as you proceed through checkout.  International shipping generally takes anywhere from 7-21 business days, though may take longer. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all customs and duty fees. Should you deny any charges, your order will be considered 'abandoned' and will not be refunded or replaced. Occasionally a package may get lost in transit. We DO NOT accept responsibility for missing or lost packages shipped overseas. Lost or missing packages will not be replaced. 

Should you like to insure your order, please contact us prior to purchase so we can arrange another shipping method for you. Should your order contain any pre-order items, your entire order will be held and shipped in its entirety. 

* WE WILL NOT ALTER CUSTOMS FORMS to reflect a value different than the amount paid by the purchaser as doing so is a federal offense. 

Will I receive a tracking number?

YES! We send a separate email with tracking. Please check spam or junk if you don’t see the tracking email in your regular inbox. 

Returns
I take great care in crafting and sewing your clothes with love, however, we understand that mistakes happen. In the case of a defect in my work, please let me know within 72 hours of receipt. The item must be unworn and unwashed to qualify for return.. Shipping costs on returns are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Please email us at sales@threadedlove.com for further instructions before making any returns. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow time for package transit and a week to process your refund.  

Do you offer sales and discounts?

We love sharing sales, promotions, giveaways etc. on Facebook. Be sure to follow us to stay in the loop!

 

Terms and Conditions: 

Preorders - this fabric is not in hand and is ordered specifically for you. Your deposit holds your spot. This fabric can take up to 12 weeks to arrive to me and another 2-4 weeks for me to create your beautiful custom item. Deposits are half down and due on a specific date, the balance is due when the fabric arrives. Should you cancel your order, the deposit is nonrefundable.

MTO/Customs - This is a custom item made just for you! Turnaround Time is stated on the order post.

Showcase items - most are Ready to Ship and ship with in 2-3 business days. If it is a MTO (made to order) item, turn around time is specified on the listing post.

Invoices are due within 24 hrs of sending

Arbitration Clause:

All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration with Arbitration Resolution Services (ARS). The parties expressly agree to abide by any and all rules of ARS. In the event that a party fails to pay any award, the award may be converted to judgment in a Court of competent jurisdiction. Wisconsin Arbitration Act states that an arbitration clause in a contract is valid, irrevocable and enforceable unless certain grounds exist to invalidate the contract.
